Jean-Philippe Fichet Bourgogne Blanc Vieilles Vignes 2009 £145 per 12 IB
If you can afford it, trade up to the Meursault Le Tesson or the Meursault Chevalieres but I’ve bought a case of this intense, minerallic wine whose humble appellation belies its quality.
Jean-Marc Boillot Puligny Montrachet 2009 £295 per 12 IB
Still and calm, like a landscape with long vistas that open up ahead of you.
