Time to pop open the champagne; here is the new Goedhuis web site, albeit in a much reduced form. The web site we have launched today is a very cut down version of the new site we have been working on for quite some time now….
Our old website had been creaking for a while, running painfully slowly, and it breathed its last a few days ago, not with a bang but a whimper. So we have expedited the first few pages of the new site to ensure you can still find out about our services and read our news and opinions on this blog.
Please be aware that there is much more to come and we will be launching new functionality steadily over the coming weeks.
Priorities are of course our Wine list, which will be coming very soon, followed by more details on the products, filters on the wine list, the Fine Wine List with IB pricing and downloads for trade and collectors alike. Also coming soon will be a full En Primeur section, all our current offers as well as region and producer profiles.
The site will also be transactional with full account management tools, including the ability to pay your full balance or individual invoices, and see your order history.
Please bear with us over the coming weeks. We are working hard to restore all previous functionality and much more besides. When everything is finished we will welcome comments, feedback and suggestions; we will be looking to improve and develop our site constantly going forwards to ensure our clients have everything they need online.
Finally, we have always felt that one of the joys of working in the wine trade is engaging with so many fantastic customers who share our love of and pleasure in delicious wine. Our web site is not intended to replace that but to enhance your experience.
