The delicious prosciutto and parmesan came from Manicomio – an excellent Italian restaurant just next door to the Gallery in Duke of York Square where we took all our growers for dinner after the tasting – but was finished before we got close to them with the camera. As were the delicious canapes provided by Upton Smokery.

And I wanted to include a couple of pictures of the delectable French wine makers for their decorative qualities, but was told by the rest of the office that was not appropriate….. So watch this space.
