Asolo is Prosecco’s top DOCG alongside Conegliano-Valdobbiadene and home to the most elegant Prosecco you will ever find. The fruit for this Superiore is all managed by hand and comes from steep hillside vineyards that encircle the picturesque medieval town of Asolo. Invitingly fresh, there is a delicate floral character to the crisp red apple, pear and honeydew melon notes. It is super fine on the palate, with bursts of white fruit and spring meadows as well as a touch of minerality. Delicious, easy-drinking fizz fit for any occasion.

Region

Veneto

Nestled between the visually dazzling city of Venice and celestial Lake Garda, this prolific wineregion is famous for both its whites and reds - notably Soave, Valpolicella and Amarone della Valpolicella. The Veneto'S aquatic influence results in relatively moderate temperatures even in hot vintages preserving the grapes' freshness.
