Goedhuis, April 2023
As its name implies, this southerly facing vineyard lies in close proximity to the appellation of Pernand Vergelesses. Beautiful fragrant, rose petal, tayberry and wild alpine strawberry grace this wine which has a lovely delicacy to it thanks to fine, powdery tannins. Graceful, with a touch of tension on the finish.

Region
Savigny-lès-Beaune
The picturesque village of Savigny-lès-Beaune, just to the north of Beaune, is a relatively prolific producer in Burgundian terms. Less serious than its neighbours, Pommard and Volnay, these are nonethless delicious wines - perfumed, delicate and elegant. A tiny amount of white is produced.
