Champagne Ruinart

The Ruinart House was established in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart who fulfilled his uncle, the Benedictine Monk, Dom Thierry Ruinart's ambition to make Ruinart a premier champagne house. Their chalk cellars in Reims (classed as a historic monument in 1931) provide perfect thermal stability and optimum humidity, resulting in a mousse of incomparable quality. Chardonnay is the dominant grape variety in all Ruinart champagnes, including prestige cuvee Dom Ruinart, and the very essence of the elegant, pure Ruinart taste.
