This spicy Gruner Veltliner is an exciting new addition to our list. The Hasel vineyard’s loess soils protect the vines from drought stress and its gentle south-facing slope promote the perfect ripening of Austria’s finest white variety. It has an inviting aroma of stone fruit and peppery rocket. The palate has excellent weight and texture, kept refreshed by its vibrant acidity and the light, salty vein running through it. This is a really exciting addition to our list.
