Katherine previously worked for a wine auction house in Paris and then a Burgundy wine producer before joining the Goedhuis team. Unsurprisingly she particularly loves Burgundy (red or white, doesn’t matter as long as it’s good) but is also fascinated by the northern Rhone, the Loire and some of the other woefully underappreciated regions in France.
Bordeaux was never much of an interest but an imperial of 2000 Ducru-Beaucaillou at her Goedhuis welcome lunch quickly changed her mind. She looks forward to enjoying more Bordeaux, and enjoying the delights of eating out in London.
