If you have attended any of our tastings you will be well aware of just how delicious the cheese from Philippe Olivier is. Every cheese is made by carefully selected farmers from around France, aged in Philippe Olivier’s cellars in Boulogne and then brought to London to fulfil orders when perfectly mature.
