While arguably poor etiquette to photograph restaurant meals endlessly, I am pretty sure it is acceptable when tasting the menu for an upcoming dinner (with Domaine de l’Arlot, 24th April) and matching the foods to the wines.
Our Domaine de l’Arlot tasting and dinner is our first event at The White Swan in Fetter Lane. I know they are aiming at Michelin star level but it is always with slight trepidation that one goes for a menu tasting when already committed to an event. I should not have worried. We were genuinely impressed with every dish and how they worked with the wines we will be showing.
