    This is also intensely floral with a layered and very pure sprinkling of citrus influence that is also picked up the racy, intense and lemony flavors that culminate in a bone dry, intense and tangy finish. As with several wines in the range, this will be at the limit of what some will find to be to their taste as there is a very firm acid spine.

Region

Saint Aubin

Due west of Puligny and Chassagne lies the little, picturesque village of St. Aubin. With the neighbouring village of Gamay, it produces 2/3 white wine and 1/3 red wine over 230 hectares of vines of which over 3/4 are premier cru. It was one of the last appellations created in only 1970 but has since created an excellent reputation for good value well made Burgundy that can replicatePuligny. Some of the most expressive vineyards are En Remilly and Les Murgers des Dents de Chien.
