2015 Domaine Andre Dezat Sancerre | HK$ 150/bottle
A sensational example of top quality Sancerre. This has a piqued, mineral smokiness on the nose and a wonderful combination of flavors on the palate: blossom, citrus, pineapple, nettle and mineral tones all intertwined. It possesses tremendous power and zing that set it above the majoirty of its peers in the appellation. Goedhuis & Co
2013 Domaine Marcel Couturier Macon-Loche | HK$ 120 / bottle
The more structure of the two Macons on our Portfolio list Goedhuis & Co
2013 Domaine Hubert Lamy St Aubin 1er Cru Clos de la Chatenaire | HK$275 / bottle
This has another reserved, cold stone bouquet with distant scents of wintry moorland developing in the glass. The palate is crisp and fresh with a taut line of acidity, abundant citric fruit and a very focused, clinical finish. There is plenty of energy in it that bodes well. 90-92 points, Neal Martin
2013 Patrick Javillier Meursault Clos du Cromin | HK$350 / bottle
This sees no wood, and has an attractive custard creme and lemon-curd-scented bouquet, perhpas more modern in style than others, but delineated and focused. The palate is beautifully posed with orange zest and a light touch of peach. There is fine tension here, good weight with plenty of spice on the finish that lend it persistence in the mouth. 89-91 points, Neal Martin
2013 Jean Philippe Fichet Meursault Les Chevalieres | HK$375 / bottle
A wine of poise and complexity from one of the most respected lieux dits in Meursault. This has an intense nutty toasted character, lots of depth, intensity and a fine classy finish. Goedhuis & Co
2013 Domaine Michel Colin-Deleger Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru En Remilly | HK$550/ bottle
On Chassagne's north easterly border with Puligny, and the closest neighour to the great Grand Cru Chevalier Montrachet, so it is little wonder that Michel wanted to keep this lot when he divided the rest of his domaine amongst his sons. It is always at its best in cooler years such as 2013. This is a brilliant cuvee, deep, full and concentrated with great drive at the end. Goedhuis & Co
2012 Ch Montaiguillon, Montagne St Emilion | HK$ 120 / bottle
A Montagne St Emilion which always punches above its weight. From the delightfully charming Chantal Amat, this is a wine of great structure, with layered dark black fruit flavors and rounded tannins. Long and full this would be perfect with roast beef. Goedhuis & Co
2010 Ch Paveil de Luze, Cru Bourgeois, Margaux | HK$ 200 / bottle
With a blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, De Luze, has produced a dense, ruby/purple-colored wine exhibiting notes of forest floor, spring flowers, blueberry, black raspberry and cassis. A superb cru bourgeois that behaves like a classified growth, this brilliant wine can be drunk early on because of its sweet tannin and low acidity...Bravo! This is an absolutely sensational wine from proprietor Frederick De Luze. 92 points, Robert Parker
2006 Ch Gloria, Cru Bourgeois, St Julien | HK$ 350 / bottle
This sensational sleeper of the vintage is not far off the pace of Gloria's brilliant 2005. Sweet cedary, cigar box, roasted herb, and black currant fruit aromas are follwed by a lush, full-bodied, textured, concentrated wine. Good value. 90 points, Robert Parker
2000 Ch Potensac, Cru Bourgeois, Medoc | HK$ 600 / magnum
It is a beautiful sleeper of the vintage. Rich and concentrated, it may be the finest Potensac since the 1982. 89 points, Robert Parker
2012 Charles Audoin Marsannay Clos du Jeu | HK$ 190 / bottle
An enveloping nose of dark berry fruit liquer, spice and soft earth aromas complements the equally earthy, pure and vibrant medium-bodied flavors that possess a lovely minerality and mouth feel on the firmly but not aggressively structured, perisstent and well-balanced finish. Worth a look. 89-91 points, Burghound.com
2011 Geantet Pansiot Chambolle Musigny Vieilles Vignes | HK$ 375 / bottle
This is also notably ripe with a seductive nose of red currant and black raspberry liqueur trimmed with just a hint of wood. There is both excellent volume and richness to the lush and very round middle weight flavors that possess an almost decadent mouth feel, yet for all of the velvety texture, there is fine balance and absolutely no sense of heaviness. This is really very good and worth considering. 89 points, Burghound.com
