
Goedhuis & Company Terms & Conditions
All orders placed by buyers will be at the prices stated and on these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed by the buyer and Goedhuis & Company ("Goedhuis").
Purchase
You must be of legal purchase age in your country of access or residence in order to buy any alcoholic beverages from Goedhuis.
All wines are offered subject to continuing availability.
All prices are quoted UK Duty Paid per case in pounds Sterling excluding VAT unless otherwise stated and shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the buyer and Goedhuis, remain firm.
Mixed cases are not available unless otherwise stated, for example in a bin-end offer.
Payment
Payment is due 30 days after the invoice date unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing between Goedhuis and the buyer.
All wines remain the property of Goedhuis until paid for in full.
You can pay on this site, by phoning our office, by fax or by post.
Goedhuis accepts most major debit and credit cards (including Visa, Mastercard and JCB). Please note that we no longer accept Amex.
Goedhuis reserves the right to charge interest at 5% above Barclays Bank plc base rate on any overdue accounts.
Carriage and Delivery
Delivery of all goods will be made to the address(es) specified in the buyer’s order.
Delivery will be charged on orders of less than three cases at £15.00 per consignment in the UK (except the Highlands and Islands).
Deliveries elsewhere will be charged at cost.
Orders received before 12.00 midday, will, for deliveries within the M25, be delivered the following working day, and three working days after the date of order elsewhere in the UK (with the exception of Highlands and Islands).
Deliveries elsewhere will take from five to seven working days.
Wines can be stored Under Bond and UK Duty Paid by our independent storage company, Private Reserves Ltd, at a cost of £9.50 (per dozen) per annum.
Returns
If a wine is damaged in delivery or found to be corked or faulty, Goedhuis will, where possible, replace the goods or offer a full refund in respect of the damaged or faulty goods only.
If incorrect goods are delivered Goedhuis will either refund or replace the incorrect goods on return of the cases in question.
In the event that any of the above problems arise, please inform us as soon as possible.

Goedhuis is not liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond its control.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Goedhuis is incorporated in England and Wales.
These terms and conditions and any contract made shall be construed and operated in accordance with English law.
Any dispute or claim arising from using this website must be made and settled under English law.
